Upon completion of the analysis and assessment, Safety Plus builds a customized safety program, configures the client’s SafetyPlusWeb™ platform, and installs metrics for ongoing oversight and continuous program improvement.

Ongoing Program Oversight & Executive Buy-In

Program Management customers receive ongoing program oversight in line with their Client Needs Assessment and Hazard Analysis. Depending on the customer and its hazards faced, a Safety Management Program may include monthly in-person site inspections performed by a Safety Plus Account Manager, regular instructor-led trainings, random employee substance abuse testing, or Industrial Hygiene monitoring. Whatever the safety program’s design, Program Management contracts require Client Executive Buy In as a method to ensure accountability and compliance throughout the organization.
