Program Management customers meet with a Safety Plus Certified Safety Professional (CSP) to complete an initial Hazard Analysis and Client Needs Assessment. Upon completion of the analysis and assessment, Safety Plus builds a customized safety program, configures the client’s SafetyPlusWeb™ platform, and installs metrics for ongoing oversight and continuous program improvement.

Client Needs Assessment

All new Safety Program Management customers go through the Hazard Analysis and Client Needs Assessment process with a Safety Plus Certified Safety Professional (CSP). A custom safety program is developed in a way that combines regulatory compliance with operative efficiency. With hundreds of Safety Program Management customers in a variety of industries ranging from manufacturing to construction to oil and gas, Safety Plus has extensive experience building compliant safety programs that do not hinder necessary operations or adversely effect a customer’s bottom line.

Proprietary Safety Management Software

The nucleus of every Safety Management Program is Safety Plus’s proprietary safety management software, SafetyPlusWeb™. Our comprehensive safety software allows customers to administer employee training, track training and employee requirements, perform their own audits, auto-generate OSHA Logs, and identify program trends and gaps using the software’s advanced analytics feature.

Ongoing Program Oversight & Executive Buy-In

Program Management customers receive ongoing program oversight in line with their Client Needs Assessment and Hazard Analysis. Depending on the customer and its hazards faced, a Safety Management Program may include monthly in-person site inspections performed by a Safety Plus Account Manager, regular instructor-led trainings, random employee substance abuse testing, or Industrial Hygiene monitoring. Whatever the safety program’s design, Program Management contracts require Client Executive Buy In as a method to ensure accountability and compliance throughout the organization.
